Deliveries

Delivery time is made up of preparation time with Constance Anne following the order (usually 1 day for small to medium sized items) and actual delivery time.  Each product may have a different preparation time. Please refer to the Shipping Info of the product for detailed information. 

After the item is ready to be shipped we will ship it using the best courier option for the destination. Orders outside the UK may take longer to be delivered depending on the location and time it takes for the customer to pay import taxes that can apply.

We utilise Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our shipping provider across the UK. 

For orders outside of the UK the shipping provider will be selected on a case by case basis.

Following the preparation period of your order, you will receive an email when your item is shipped. In the email you will find the details to track your order.

For orders within the UK above £50 delivery is free. Otherwise, we charge a general flat fee of £3.99. We always choose the fastest route to you once the package is prepared for shipping. In general it will be Royal Mail tracked and signed 24h or Parcelforce.

For orders outside of the UK (International), for small items it is £14.99, medium items £30 and large items £100. We will choose the best, fastest and most secure route to you. You will receive tracking information throughout its journey to you.
