Please note, for large scale original paintings (over 1m), delivery will be scheduled through further communication directly via email to book in a day that suits. For large paintings delivering to London, Constance Anne will usually deliver the painting in person.

Delivery times may vary depending on the size and medium of the piece and the location. You will receive information on delivery estimates and updates directly on order via email.

In general paintings will require 1 working day of prep time ready for shipping, you will then receive an email to notify you that the painting is packed and ready for shipping. Our courier service will then deliver it to you, we always ensure the fastest delivery time is set for our courier. Depending on the size of the item and delivery location these delivery times may change. It is usually 3-5 working days in total from order placed to delivery for UK orders. For EU and international orders delivery times may be longer.

You will be updated directly via email on the order and delivery status by Constanne and through tracking numbers with our courier.

For orders outside of the uk, depending on the destination country you may be required to pay additional import taxes to the country’s customs. Import taxes can be 0 with no cost or they can be anything up to the VAT rate of your destination country and are not paid for or included in the price of the item. Constance Anne wants to help to reduce overall costs and therefore has a low international shipping cost. On a case by case basis she will also contribute to import tax costs where it is possible.
