The process of renting Constance Anne artworks:

1. Choose the desired work and make note of the REF code

2. Complete and submit the 'Artwork Rental Form'

3. You will receive an email from the Constanne team containing the deposit payment details 

4. Once the deposit has been received we will send you a rental information package with details on pick up location or delivery of the artworks.

5. For standard length rentals an invoice will be sent monthly to be paid on a monthly basis. For rentals shorter than one month the full rental payment will be made at the end of the rental period on drop-off.

6. Before sending back or dropping off the artwork at the end of the rental period please take clear photos of the artwork so that we can see no damage has occurred before final transportation. Photos of all artwork has been taken before sending it to you and will be available for you to access through the rental information package sent to you after the deposit has been made.

7. Alternatively and subject to availability, at the end of the rental period you can decide if you want to keep the artwork by paying us the difference from your deposit.

About the Deposit:

The deposit will be returned to you at the end of the rental period, subject to the artwork being returned in the same conditions as it was delivered.

For framed artworks damages to the frame will be deducted from the deposit in proportion to the damage and cost of the frame.

If irreparable damage to the artwork occurs during the rental period you agree to pay the full price of the artwork to us.

Irreparable damage includes: tear in the canvas of the artwork and any damage that irreversibly changes the looks of the artwork.
